Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ANODA OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Educational Services

Course Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

Course Content and Schedule

Course content, schedules, and instructors may be changed without notice. We strive to provide advance notice of significant changes when possible.

Completion Requirements

Students must complete all required coursework and projects to receive certification. Completion standards are determined by ANODA OÜ.

Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment. Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment, provided that less than 25% of course content has been accessed. No refunds are available after this period.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All course materials, including videos, documents, and code examples, are the intellectual property of ANODA OÜ and are provided for personal educational use only.

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original project work, but grant ANODA OÜ the right to use anonymized examples for educational purposes.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

Maintain professional and respectful behavior
Complete assignments honestly and without plagiarism
Respect the intellectual property of others
Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having appropriate technology and internet connectivity to participate in courses. Minimum requirements will be provided upon enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

ANODA OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Geographic Scope

Our services are primarily intended for students in the CIS region, excluding the Russian Federation. Services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. Students may terminate enrollment subject to our refund policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
